For the first license renewal, all salespersons are required to complete 12 hours of specified education. Florida School Estate offers a program to meet this 12-hour requirement we call the "Fourplex." This program consists of four DRE-approved, 3-hour courses in the subjects of Agency, Ethics and Professional Conduct, Trust Fund Handling, and Fair Housing.
